How Session Aligns with CEDS and Local Strategic Plans

Each breakout session featured is thoughtfully aligned with the key goals and objectives outlined in both the regional Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) and the Local Strategic Plans developed for each of BRADD’s 10 counties. These sessions were designed to support the implementation of locally driven priorities and regional strategies that move our communities forward.

About me

Wendy brings over 28 years of experience in affordable housing and community development. As Deputy Executive Director of Housing Programs at Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC), she oversees more than 20 federal and state programs, including rental assistance, affordable housing development, homeownership initiatives, and homelessness solutions. She also manages the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Rural Housing Trust Fund, and multifamily compliance. Wendy leads efforts to address Kentucky’s housing supply shortage and disaster recovery needs. During COVID-19, she oversaw the deployment of over $350 million in relief funds. She holds degrees from Miami University and the University of Cincinnati.
