About me

Chelsea Carroll has been BRADD’s GIS Technician since August 2021. During her time at BRADD, she has worked on various projects, including updating road centerlines and maintaining NG911 databases. Her passion for GIS first began while she was studying at Western Kentucky University, where she graduated with a B.S. degree in Geography and Environmental Studies.

About me

Kim Morrow is an experienced Geographic Information Systems Manager with over two decades of involvement in her field. Ms. Morrow earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Western Kentucky University in 1999 and began her GIS career in 2000 as a GIS Technician for the Pennyrile Area Development District in Hopkinsville. In 2006, Ms. Morrow accepted her current position as GIS Manager for the Barren River ADD. Last month, she began her seventeenth year of service to the BRADD region.
